We knew when we first met Tracy and Alex their wedding would be something special. Something that would be meaningful, elegant, and a downright fiesta! There was three days of documenting their friends and family with each night lending itself to be unique, meaningful and full of surprises. I loved the idea of having a “kids” dinner and a “parents” dinner for the first night, in lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, encouraging candid toasts with no holds barred. Tracy’s sister, a professional comedian, MC’d the entire night and had everyone in stitches including Sarah and I.

The second night of festivities, Tracy & Alex invited their guests to a candle lit dinner on the lawn behind their suite. We knew these two were fun and had lived amazing lives, but as the night continued, each story made us love them just a little bit more! As the toasts died down, the sound of drums started fading in from the beach and began to get louder. Soon their guests would be surrounded by some of the most AMAZING fire dancing we have ever seen.

The wedding day was perfectly unique, complete with mariachis, a real life donkey posing for the photo booth, and a moonlit cliffside dinner as crashing waves set a perfect ambiance. As dinner winded down it was Tracy’s turn to be surprised. After an intimate first dance, a sequence of fireworks exploded overhead! I will never forget Tracy’s face of absolute shock and gratitude. Priceless. It is hard to not ramble on about how wonderful of people they are and how perfect every part of their wedding was, but they are honestly some of the sweetest people we have ever met. Tracy even had us over to there place in New York to make us a delicious breakfast and go over the details of their wedding. We couldn’t of felt more welcomed from the very beginning. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, and we are so honored to call you friends.

Thank you again to Martha and Sarai at Signature Event Consulting & Design for making everything absolutely perfect, and thank you toEsperanza for their hospitality!
