Over the years we have photographed many weddings that have made us tear up (Sarah especially), and feel truly blessed to have this job. We have witnessed weddings of all different cultures and experienced emotions we never expected. As Jessica & B’s wedding day approached, we knew it would be heartfelt, genuine and filled with positive energy, but I don’t think we could have ever predicted how moving and absolutely beautiful it would be. It was truly special.
It can often be difficult for us to hear what the officiant is saying while we are behind the camera, but listening to their words and seeing B tear up was one of the greatest moments of Sarah and I’s journey. Watching these two stand in front of their family and friends, and pledge their love to each other felt so sincere, it even made me choke up a bit.
It’s truly impossible to put into words, or pictures for that matter, how much love surrounded this wedding. I think Jessica & B said it best when they said they wanted it to feel like one big “hug.” I could not describe it any better way. Thank you Jessica & B for having us at your wedding and we can’t wait til we get to see you again!
